Moderate headaches, MRI was essentially prescribed because the patient's mother had died of a brain tumor.

Pituitary hemorrhage. 

Case Discussion

Probably a subclinical case of pituitary apoplexy. Neoplastic origin of hemorrhage is reported in the majority of cases 1.
