Intrasellar enhancing soft tissue mass lesion, with widening of sella turcica, and showing figure of eight appearance. It has a cystic component at its superior part. It shows homogeneous post-contrast enhancement of the solid part. It is extending to left cavernous sinus, partially encasing left internal carotid artery.
