Presentation

Headache and blurring of vision.

Patient Data

Age: 64
Gender: Male
mri

Large lobulated sellar, suprasellar mass lesion causing enlargement and ballooning of sella with erosion of dorsum sella. It is splaying and displacing optic chiasma superiorly. Bilateral parasellar (R>L) extension are seen partially encasing cavernous segment of bilateral ICA and partially effacing Meckel’s cave.
