Axial T2

A 10 x 14 x 18 mm mass is noted in the right pituitary gland, displacing the infundibulum and normal pituitary tissue to the left. On postcontrast images, the mass does not enhance as intensely as the surrounding pituitary gland. The sella floor is unremarkable and carotid flow voids are normal.
Case Discussion
Pituitary macroadenoma is the most common pituitary region mass in adults and is arbitrarily defined when the tumor size is greater than 10 mm in size.
