Sellar mass is seen widening and ballooning the sella turcica, extending into the suprasellar cistern and compressing optic chiasm and 3rd ventricular floor. It is intermediate T1 signal intensity, heterogeneous mixed iso & high T2 signal and has inhomogeneous enhancement in the post contrast images.
