Presentation

Study for suspected stroke.

Patient Data

Age: 70
Gender: Male

CT Brain

ct

CT shows preserved aspect of supratentorial parenchyma. There were no focal images. Brainstem and posterior fossa aspect conserved. Not observed deviation from the midline or mass effect. Ventricles and subarachnoid space preserved amplitude. Incidentally there is a circumscribed enhancing ovoid mass, with increased pituitary tissue density expanded pituitary fossa.  There is no evidence of cavernous sinus involvement
