Diagnosis probable

Presentation

History of bronchogenic cancer. Now presented with headache.

Patient Data

Age: 50 years
Gender: Male

Multiple cerebral and cerebellar enhancing space occupying lesions, with surrounding perifocal edema signal. Those lesions show free diffusion on DWI.

The pituitary gland and infundibulum show diffuse enhancing soft tissue mass.

Deep periventricular white matter hyperintensity in keep with aterioloscelrosis.

Significant regressive course regrading the size of the previously noted multiple cerebral and cerebellar enhancing space occupying lesions as well as pituitary gland & infundibulum involvement.

Case Discussion

Diagnosis confirmed by disease regression on follow up studies. No biopsy was obtained.
