Left-sided 5-mm low signal intensity lesion abuts medial dural reflection of cavernous sinus, it causes focal contour bulge of the gland superior margin, mild sagging of the sellar floor and mild deviation of the stalk to the right side. Right half of gland is normal.No invasion of the cavernous sinuses.
