Presentation
Short stature, found to have panhypopituitarism on investigations.
Patient Data
There is absent anterior pituitary gland (empty sella) and pituitary stalk. The posterior pituitary bright spot is absent in the normal position at pituitary fossa.
Posterior pituitary is seen at an ectopic position at the median eminence. It is hyperintense on T1 and shows contrast enhancement

Case Discussion
This is a late presentation and diagnosis of pituitary stalk interruption syndrome. Key features, in this case, are absent anterior pituitary and infundibulum with ectopic posterior pituitary.
And hormonal assay shows panhypopituitarism.
