Small hypoplastic adenohypophysis.
Absent pituitary stalk.
Enlarged nasopharyngeal adenoids (incidental finding).

Case Discussion
Pituitary stalk transection syndrome, also known as pituitary stalk interruption syndrome, is a disease characterized by absent/hypoplastic anterior pituitary gland, thin or absent infundibulum and ectopic posterior pituitary location .
