Chronic left heel pain especially on weight-bearing and walking.

Age: 40 years
Gender: Female

A left-sided plantar calcaneal spur as expected with a tiny developing right-sided plantar calcaneal spur.

Incidental beaded ankle bracelet bilaterally.

Case Discussion

The patient was referred for calcaneal views to confirm plantar spurs.
