Non-traumatic bilateral planter bumps for 2-3 years.

Patient Data

Age: 25
Gender: Male

Bilateral hypoechoic, well-defined lesions inseperable from planter fascia away from calcaneal insertion site. Vascularity noted on power Doppler.

Case Discussion

Planter fibromatosis (or Ledderhose disease) refers to a benign fibroblastic proliferation of the plantar fascia. It is classified as a type of superficial fibromatosis.
