Right shoulder pain.

Patient Data

Age: 45 years
Gender: Male
x-ray

Glenohumeral dislocation. Large lytic lesion in the proximal humerus. 

x-ray

Lytic lesion through the proximal humerus. 

Aggressive, permeative lytic lesion involving the humeral head and proximal humeral neck. Slight calcified periosteal reaction.
