Presentation

Painless palpable right parotid swelling for about 3 years.

Patient Data

Age: 30 years
Gender: Female
Ultrasound

A well defined ovoid hypoechoic soft tissue mass lesion is seen in the superficial lobe of the right parotid gland. No internal calcification.

Case Discussion

Pleomorphic adenoma is the most common benign neoplasm of the major salivary glands.
