Presentation

The patient presented with an asymptomatic lump on the parotid region.

Patient Data

Age: 25 years
Gender: Male

A lesion is observed in the left parotid gland that enhances with the intravenous contrast medium. It measures approximately 1.9 x 2.0 cm in its major axes. 

Case Discussion

The pathology reported as a final diagnosis: Cellular pleomorphic adenoma with patch squamous metaplasia.
