Age: 45 years
Gender: Female

On the right, in the super-interior quadrant, there is a group of predominantly pleomorphic calcifications (crushed stone appearance), and some of the fragmented casting types.

Case Discussion

The patient underwent a stereotactic biopsy, which revealed ductal carcinoma in situ.
Quadrantectomy and radiotherapy were performed. Seven years after surgery, the patient shows no recurrence or recurrence of the disease.
