Remote history of pulmonary TB.

Age: 80
Gender: Male

Visceral pleural calcification. Fibrothorax ,pulled left hilum and mediastinal shift. Suspected left 7th fracture (arrow).

Case Discussion

The lungs are the most common site of primary infection by tuberculosis.
