Age: 60
ct

CT demonstrates mild right pleural effusion, small bubbles inside, with marked thickening and contrast uptake of the parietal and visceral pleura. Small mediastinal lymphadenopathy, Increased density lower lobe of the right lung

Case Discussion

Findings suggestive of pulmonary empyema, pleural fluid analysis confirmed the diagnosis.
