Large and dense right paracentral posterior mediastinal mass.
Tracheal deviation to the right side with mild stenosis of the right mainstem bronchus.

Axial C+ arterial phase
The mass is heterogeneous, contains heavy calcifications, causes traction on the mediastinal structures which are deviated to the right side. The bone appears unremarkable.
Case Discussion
Solitary fibrous tumor of the pleura.
The mass was surgically resected.
