Circumferential irregular pleural thickening within the right hemithorax, very suggestive of pleural mesothelioma.

The CT confirm the rind-like soft tissue density mass within the right pleural space associated with mild pleural effusion, multiple calcified plaques are also seen suggesting previous asbestos exposure and suggesting it was the underlying cause.
