Pleural fluid within the left superior hemithorax associated with multiple radiolucent, likely air filled balls, in keeping with previous treatment for tuberculosis.
The extensive pleural calcification seen in the left hemithorax may also reflect previous attempted pleurodesis as a treatment for tuberculosis. There is associated loss of volume within the left hemithorax.
Non-specific minor interstitial opacification within the left mid zone and minor airspace shadowing within the right lower zone.
