Pneumatosis intestinalis of the ascending colon and pneumoperitoneum. No signs of bowel ischemia.

Case Discussion

This case shows pneumatosis intestinalis of the ascending colon with associated pneumoperitoneum and no signs of bowel ischemia. Pneumoperitoneum can be seen with both idiopathic and ischemic pneumatosis.
