HIV +ve patient with chronic cough

Gender: Male

Reticular opacities and groundglass attenuation with 'crazy-paving' appearance in few areas. The opacities are predominantly central and extending to periphery.

Case Discussion

Patient was later found to be positive for P. jiroveci pneumonia.
