CT demonstrates widespread ground glass opacity particularly in perihilar distribution.
Case Discussion
PCR confirmed pneumocystis pneumonia. The patient was treated with appropriate antibiotics and follow-up HRCT a few weeks later demonstrated complete resolution of the changes (not shown).
