Free gas was noted superficial to left lobe of liver and in right iliac fossa. Fluid with tiny floating echoes is present in right iliac fossa. Odematous small bowel loops noted.

Due to pneumoperitoneum on USG, radiograph standing abdomen and Chest were done. Air crescent present under left dome, which was possibly out side stomach.
