Presentation

2 days of abdominal pain, rapidly increasing over the last few hours.

Patient Data

Age: 70 years
Gender: Female
X-ray

Massive intraabdominal free gas represents pneumoperitoneum

Big fluid level on both planes - ascites.
 

Case Discussion

This patient had a pre pyloric perforation with 10 millimeters diameter due to peptic ulcer disease.
