Pneumoperitoneum is seen where gas is surrounding the liver and pneumoretroperitoneum is seen where gas is outlining the perirenal and pararenal spaces.
Case Discussion
This patient developed pain following an ERCP. CT demonstrates very large peritoneal and retroperitoneal gas collection.
