Computed tomography demonstrates small bubbles in the right subphrenic and perihepatic space. Subcutaneous emphysema is evident following a linear path. CT also demonstrates a comminuted fracture of the costal arch. No significant injury to the abdominal organs. One last lesion is displayed in the subcutaneous tissue of the abdominal wall in front of the abdominal rectus muscle
