Obstructive jaundice.

Gender: Male

On the second image, there is an endoscope with opacification of the pancreatic duct.

On the third image, air outlines the retroperitoneal space, compatible with a perforation.

On the fourth image, there is increased retroperitoneal air and pneumobilia.
