Pneumosinus dilatans

The maxillary sinuses appear hyper-pneumatized. The frontal sinuses also show some degree of hyper-pneumatization. No bone thinning.
Minimal nasal septal deviation with convexity towards the right side.
Minimally opacified/ poorly aerated mastoid air cells, on both sides.
Case Discussion
This is a case of pneumosinus dilatans.
The patient was senile, and there was a small blurring due to motion artifact at the level of the ethmoid sinuses. Since the images were readable, re-exposure of the patient was not required.
