Pleuritic chest pain.

Patient Data

Age: 30 years
Gender: Male
x-ray

Right apical pneumothorax.

Staple line visible in left apex from previous VATS bullectomy.

Case Discussion

The patient had previously had recurrent left pneumothoraces treated with VATS bullectomy.

The spontaneous right pneumothorax on this presentation resolved conservatively.
