Moderate right pneumothorax with passive atelectasis right lung. Right upper lobe bulla.

Right pleural pigtail catheter appropriately positioned with small residual pneumothorax. Biapical bullae with a ruptured right upper lobe bulla. Partial atelectasis right upper lobe.
