Mountain bike accident, painful right shoulder.

Patient Data

Age: 17 years
Gender: Male

Normal alignment of the glenohumeral joint. No fracture identified.

Small right pneumothorax.

Case Discussion

This case is an excellent example of how we all must look at the entire image(s) and not just the structures in question given the provided history.
