Right pneumothorax. Right 5th and 6th rib fractures. No shoulder girdle fracture. No dislocation.

Right hydropneumothorax, presumably hemopneumothorax given right fifth and sixth rib fractures. No evidence of tension.
Case Discussion
The teaching point is to always look at the lungs on shoulder x-rays as shoulder pain is non-specific and can come from many sources.
