Absent pectoralis major and minor muscles in the left hemithorax, compared to the normal right side.

Hypoplastic anterior arch of the left 4th rib.

Diminished space between the 2nd and 3rd ribs anteriorly.

Tilted sternum and chest wall asymmetry.
