Dextrocardia. Deformity of left chest wall. Asymmetric densities of chest wall soft tissues.

Deficiency of left chest wall muscles in keeping with Poland syndrome.
Dextrocardia noted. 

The ascending aorta is dilated measuring 4.7 cm at level of right pulmonary artery

Descending aorta normal caliber.

Normal origins of great vessels.
