Past history of polio. Had a fall, now unable to straighten the knee.

Patient Data

Age: 65
Gender: Male
mri

Gross fatty atrophy of all muscles around the knee due to loss of motor neurons as occurs in the spinal cord of patients with polio (attacking the anterior horn cells).
