Macrocystic multi-locular lesions are noted along the entire length of the pancreas with resultant pancreatic enlargement: The largest cystic lesion in the pancreatic body measures 5.4 x 5.8 cm.
At least two small cysts are noted in the left kidney, the larger in the lower pole measures about 0.6 x 0.6 cm. Kidneys are otherwise normal.
Case Discussion
Pancreatic cysts are seen in about 40% of Von Hippel-Lindau disease and may be the earliest manifestation of the disease.
