Polycystic kidney disease

Both kidneys are enlarged with replaced most of their parenchymal by multiple variable-sized cysts. Some cysts show hyperdense contents. Few bilateral renal gravels are noted.
Case Discussion
Features of polycystic kidney disease, presented with renal impairment. It is an autosomal dominant disease. No associated pancreatic or hepatic cysts.
