Polycystic liver and kidney disease with diverticular abscess

Abdominal pain and sepsis.

Extensive cystic change in the liver and kidneys consistent with autosomal dominant polycystic kidney disease. However, that's not the cause of the pain and sepsis - there is a diverticular abscess.
