Case Discussion
Polymetatarsia is an anomaly characterized by one or more additional metatarsals. Usually found with a supernumerary digit (polydactyly), polymetatarsia without polydactyly is a rare variant.
The finding in this patient was incidental as he did not present any discomfort associated with the variant.
