Focal area in anterior left frontal lobe of abnormal cortical thickening and nodularity, abnormal convolutional pattern, preserved signal intensity in all sequences.
Widening overlying sulci in this area, no cleft is seen.
Case Discussion
Focal cortical malformation, abnormal gyration, polymicrogyria can cause epilepsy as in this case.
