Type A1: The supernumentary testis has a separate vas deferens and epididymis from the ipsilateral normal testis.

Type A2: The testis has a separate epididymis but is drained by a common vas deferens with the normal ipsilateral testis.

Type A3: Both the supernumenary and the normal ipsilateral testes share a common epididymis and a vas deferens.

Type B1: The testis coexist with a separate epidydimis but no vas deferens.

Type B2: The testis lacks both an epidydimis and a vas deferens.
