Geographic lucent lesions in the upper and lower metaphyseal region of the tibia. It shows thin internal bone trabeculae and a narrow zone of transition. Normal surrounding bone texture and no associated periosteal reaction.
Case Discussion
Features are typical of benign bone lesions. The young age of the patient supports the diagnosis. It can lead to bone deformities.
