The spleen is absent, replaced with multiple rounded splenules. Pancreatic dorsal agenesis.

Azygos continuation of the inferior vena cava.

Single gallstone.

Case Discussion

Incidental finding of multiple splenules, suggestive of polysplenia syndrome. It is associated with azygos continuation of the inferior vena cava and pancreatic dorsal agenesis.

This is a low dose CT, so it has a grainy texture as it was done to exclude COVID-19 pneumonia (lung window no uploaded and was normal).
