Presentation

Left loin pain. Recent UTI. Weight loss.

Patient Data

Age: 40 years
Gender: Female
ct

No renal tract stones. Both kidneys concentrate and excrete normally. Normal collecting systems, ureters, and bladder.

6mm segment 7 cyst in a fatty liver.

Polysplenia.

Congenital short pancreas.

Midgut malrotation.

Intrahepatic IVC discontinuation and azygous vein continuation.
