Presentation
A patient suffers from 2ry infertility and received 3 doses of ovarian stimulants injections. She came to the clinic to confirm multiple pregnancies (polyzygotic).
Patient Data
Ultrasound examination revealed bilateral ovarian hyperstimulation in form of ovarian enlargement with multiple large simple cysts.
The uterus shows seven separate gestational sacs, each has viable fetus with normal cardiac pulsations.
Case Discussion
This woman came to the radiology center to confirm the diagnosis of multiple pregnancies. She has a daughter of 6 years old and could not get pregnant again i.e. secondary infertility. She received 3 injections of ovarian stimulants.
Ultrasound examination in the radiology center revealed: bilateral ovarian enlargement with multiple cysts, a case of ovarian hyperstimulation. The uterus shows seven alive twins inside the uterus. Each in a separate sac, the largest sac has mGS coincides with 6 weeks + 6 days.
