Round relatively dense opacity projected in the center of the skull between the orbits.
Case Discussion
The round opacity over the center of the skull was not apparent on any other view. The opacity was confirmed by the radiographer as the patient's pony tail and with the patient's hair let down, a repeat x-ray showed resolution of the opacity.
