Fracture fragment at dorsal aspect of wrist giving pooping duck sign suggesting fracture of triquetral.
Case Discussion
This patient had a fall and presented with swelling at wrist. The lateral view of wrist showed classic pooping duck sign suggesting triquetral fracture.
