Case Discussion
in our institution, our standard CTPA protocol includes a delayed venogram of the lower limb. This is a study with 15 slices taken from just below the knee to pelvis at 5cm intervals.
The CTPA of this patient was normal; the venogram demonstrated a popliteal filling defect - DVT.
